BlueJayDG is not responsible for carrier delays or incorrect shipping information supplied by the buyer. Contact us promptly if an order arrives damaged or incorrect.
RETURNS
Eligible factory-new items have a 14-day return window.
A return request must be made within 14 days of delivery. The item must be new, unthrown and in its original condition. Pre-owned, thrown or buyer-damaged discs cannot be accepted for return.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. After approval, return instructions will be provided. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected; please allow up to five business days for processing.
